Hi Everyone, due to Mom Crystal and the rest of her family caught the dreaded Covid Virus so she won’t be doing Friendly Fill – Ins this week but that’s Ok because I did them. Boy do I hope I get back to my normal real soon.

Snowball

Today I want to talk about one of my Cats. Her name is Snowball. Snowball was rescued/adopted after she survived by going from house to house trying to survive and find food however she could.

One afternoon, Snowball came to our house hoping to find food which she did I might add. In addition, she also found and figured out that it was the Dad who she had to convince to let her into to his life as she had already had convinced the rest of the family. So when the Dad lade down on the glider to rest, she hopped on the glider with the Dad and snuggled tight up against in hopes to convince Dad to give her a furrever loving home. Well guess what? Yep, it worked. That  day Snowball got her furrever, loving home.

What I Thought:

Wow!! This book is mysterious, suspenseful, very intriguing, a page turner, easy to read, lots of plot twists and turns, keeps you guessing and on the edge of your seat. I actually hated to put this book down. I loved this book. This book was excellent and well written. Kudos to the author. I look forward to reading the rest of this author’s books in print format.

My Book Recommendation:

I highly recommend this book and suggest you go out and buy this book, read it yourself and hopefully review it. I will definitely be reading this book again in the future.

A Friendly Suggestion:

Parents, Grandparents, Legal Guardians, if for some reason you question whether your kids or grandkids should read the book just by reading the book excerpt or by looking at the book cover then I suggest you read the book first yourself then make your decision. But I found nothing wrong with reading this book.

DAISY MAE’S 1ST SECRET PAW!!🎄🎄🎄🎄

Hi everyone, guess who it is? Well did you guess who, hah, hah, hah, hah? If you guessed it’s me Daisy Mae then you’re right. If you are wondering what’s a Secret Paw I can assure you’re not alone. You see the Secret Paw program is similar to the Secret Sister or for you men the Secret Brother Program. The first thing you have to do is whether or not if you want to join. The Secret Paw Program is done on a yearly basis meaning if you want in 2021 you’ll join in November or early December then if you don’t want in the next year no worries, no problem.

When Mom Crystal told me she signed me up for the Secret Paw Program, I was really excited. It meant I got to share Christmas not just with my family but with my Secret Paw. Also, it meant I got to show a special Kitty Cat some love by sending them a special gift. 

This is my 1st Secret Paw Christmas. No, No this isn’t my 1st Christmas. Actually far from it. You see I’m 14 years old, a few months, a few days and a few hours old. Actually next year, I become old enough to become a Crotchety Cougar.

I got my gifts to that special Kitty Cat & Mom Crystal picked out and paid for the gifts. She had the tough job. The package was sent and delivered — Yeah!! 

Well guess what? I finally got my gifts from my Secret Paw Yesterday in the mail which was December 12, 2020. Although my gifts came yesterday, Mom Crystal And I only opened the one.  I hated to have to wait to Christmas Eve Day to open my gifts, which is tradition at our house. So what did I get? OOOOHHHH…. wait to you hear. I got:

1. A Pet Water Fountain.

2. Fresh Pack Treats — A variety of flavors.

3. 30 oz. Chicken Treats by Temptations.

4. A pole with a feather at the end that extends up to 4 feet.

5. A laser light.

6. Mom Crystal got Goats Milk soap.

That’s right, my Secret Paw was nice enough and thoughtful enough to get Mom Crystal something too.

We want to give a huge Thank You to my Secret Paw and their Human.

You all are probably wondering who my Secret Paw  is. So who is it? Well first, let me say I was really surprised who it was. Second, my Secret Paw wasn’t one Kitty Cat like I expected it was group of pets. Their names are: Sherpa, Harry, Puffball, Fang, Queenie and Cappuccino the Bunny plus we can’t forget their human Patty.

I want to thank you all for my nice gifts. I love them and Mom Crystal loves her gifts too. I love them so much, I think I might get in it next year if all goes well.

BOOK 5 COMPLETED!!!!

I’m excited and thrilled to tell you my wonderful readers I Did It, I Finally Did It, I Really Did It. Can I get a WOOT WOOT!! Book 5 of The Royal Murder Mysteries Series is now completed. Although this 5 book series was written for fun and done just to see if I could do it, I never in my wildest dreams thought I would be able to write this 5 book series.

After I first got started writing this 5 book series, I found myself setting small goals for myself and also large goals. For example, my small goals consisted of finishing a chapter and an example of a large goal is I would give myself a year to finish one book. Which was met for all books I might add. Also In my first year I wrote three books, In my second year I wrote one book and my third and final year my 5th book. Meeting all these goals met the world to me and really kept encouraging me.

Although writing this 5 book series was fun to write, it was hard work a lot of hard work. I couldn’t have done it without the encouragement and mentoring from my friend Amorette Anderson who is also is an author and great writer. She encouraged me the whole way.

So if you’re thinking of being a writer but don’t think you have the talent or don’t think you can do it, think again. That dream of writing isn’t there by accident. If you’re going to dream Dream Big and nurture that writing dream. It won’t happen overnight but it will happen and let me tell you because I know from experience, those little goals in writing a book you complete and make you feel so good you should celebrate those too.

I still remember when I first started writing. It was way back when I was in college many, many years ago when my one professor took the class to hear Maya Angelou speak. Hearing this woman speak was just mesmerizing and just incredible. I can still here her telling everyone to never give up. After that, I started writing poems and short stories and just a few years ago found out I could write books too. Hey everyone, Mom heard about thing Humans do to Cats. Apparently they try to take pictures of our tocks in October. Luckily, Mom Crystal saved me the torture and already had a picture of my back end so I didn’t have to go through the torture. I was in the Christmas Tree box at Christmas time.

What I Thought About The Book & Rating Of Book

When I started out reading the book, I had no idea what to expect. However, I’m happy to say I found the book interesting, intriguing, suspenseful, a page turner and hated to put the book down. I wanted to see what happened next. I rate this book 4 1/2 stars.

My Book Recommendation & Caution 

I do recommend the book. However I do caution Parents, Grandparents and Legal Guardians of children younger than 18+ to read the book first before letting your child/children read the book.

Hello Everyone, my name is Crystal Stewart and I would like to welcome you to my site CRYSTAL AND DAISY MAE’S PHOTO-BLOGGING SITE . I also have two other blogging sites and they are: WELCOME TO CRYSTAL’S SITE(ORIGINALLY COUNTRY LIVING), TIGGER AND FRIENDS and TABBY CAT CLUB . My goal for this site is to meet new friends.

I’m also a country girl and just love it. I don’t live on a farm just way out in the country. By living out in the country, I have the opportunity to see all kinds of different animals. Some of the animals I’ve seen are: Bear, Squirrels, Raccoons, Wild Turkey, Fishers, Different kinds of Birds and many other animals too. I’ve seen some beautiful Sunrises and Sunsets too.

The rural town where I live is in Pennsylvania and is so small you are through it in a blink of an eye. It’s a fantastic experience living way out in the country because it’s so pretty and the animals you see are just incredible. Living out in the country is not just fun but it takes work too. I have lived way out in the country all my life.

I love Cats, Dogs and other animals too. I like listening to the Oldies, Country and Gospel Music. I also like read a lot and review paperback/print books and every now and then I cross-stitch too. I have an indoor Cat named Daisy Mae and she is a joy and a blessing. We have so much fun together.

I got my Cat Daisy Mae’s picture and story published in the Daily Kitten. I also have it published on my other site WELCOME TO CRYSTAL’S SITE(ORIGINALLY COUNTRY LIVING) . It is also on LinkedIn. Also, It’s been on Bloglovin’ and Tummy Rub Tuesday from Katzenworld. I hope you take the time to read it and like it enough to share it. Before I got Daisy Mae, I rescued a Grey Striped Tabby Cat from a very bad Kittyhood. I got her as a Senior Cat. Her name was Tigger and she passed away on 9-11-2015.

BOOK 4 OF THE ROYAL MURDER MYSTERIES COMPLETED & BOOK 5 STARTED UPDATE!!!!

Hi Everyone, I’m so happy and excited to tell you that Book 4 of The Royal Murder Mysteries is complete and Book 5 of The Royal Murder Mysteries is started. Last year when I made my New Year’s Goals not Resolutions I said I wanted to to finish Book of The Royal Murder Mysteries by the end of December 2020 and possibly have an Epilogue at least started. I chose to put an Epilogue at the end of Book 4 and because the book was getting well way to wordy in length, so I decided to stop at 42,238 words.

When I started Book 5 of The Royal Murder Mysteries, well it was a surprise mostly because I had planned to stop when Book 4 was completed and that would complete My first Box Set. Instead and due to length of Book 4, I decided to write a 5th book. How long will it be? That I’m not sure yet but what I can tell you is that I have a lot ideas to put in Book 5. Some of you might be asking yourselves, what are these ideas? How will the book end? The ending will be a surprise as will the other ideas at least for now. I hope you understand why I want to do things like this.

So how far have I got on Book 5? I’ve managed to get to a word count of 3,119 or 1 1/2 chapters. Book 5 is and will be the last book in my 1st Box Set I ever written. The fact that writing Book 1-5 came about as a fluke through trying to write a poem for a friend as a surprise which never came about I might add. Writing these books surprisingly have given me a new perspective, been fun and yes even relaxing. I guess you could say writing for fun at least for me has been very enjoying. I LOVE IT!! I’M STILL DREAMING OF BEING PUBLISHED SOMEDAY IF NOT WITH BOOK 1-5 MAYBE SOMETHING ELSE. WHO KNOWS??🤷🤷🤷🤷🤷🤷🤷

1.) I would love to be a fly on the wall in these animal organizations to see if the money goes to help the animals or fatten the administrator’s wallet.

2.) I am missing my “sister” Tigger a lot.

3.) I could use more treats and peace in my life.

4.) I could do without being told NO by my furever family and these forgive my language but stupid people who are cruel to animals.

1.) I would love to be a fly on the wall in my former store manager’s office to find out the real reason why the store closed and the real reason why I was “downsized” the first time.

Positivity

During these uncertain days, we all must find positivity. We all have many ways we can keep positive. However, for others it may not be that easy staying positive. I was going through some of my important digital pictures last night and I came across this sign that my one niece has. I loved the saying and thought this is what we all need to do.

On The Front Lines Or Behind The Scenes?

Do you work on the front lines? AKA at a hospital or Veterinarian Hospital or do work behind the scenes AKA at home. Either way know this, the work you’re doing at home or at some type of hospital your efforts are very much appreciated.

My one niece who is a Radiologist at a hospital up in Olean, New York. She has been told the hospital where she is at might get other Corona Virus cases from other hospitals and Clinics.

Daisy Mae Shares Some Bad News

Hi everyone, How are you all among the Coronavirus deal?  I was talking with Mom Crystal and she said that she is going silent for a bit. No we are not quitting our 3 blogs at all. She said she might post every now and then. You see we regrettably have some bad news to share. No Mom or I doesn’t have that bad old Coronavirus thankfully. Actually it’s worse. Mom Crystal got 4 emails today saying someone had infected her computer with a virus a while ago with private malware. Please be patient with us while we deal with possibly being hacked.
