I love cats and I am a animal lover. I like most sports. For example: Nascar, Golf and etc.... I like meeting new people and making new friends. I am on Bloglovin', Katzenworld Forum and I am on Linked In. I live in a small town in Pennsylvania. I also like taking pictures and writing poetry. I've met Maya Angelou and that was a WOW experience. I love hot wings. I love cats, dogs and most other animals.
Thank you to all the veterans, their families, active military and to those who paid the ultimate price. It is because of you and your predecessors who fought and still fight for freedom.
Below the last picture, you’ll find a poem thanking all veterans. Hope you read it. Because if you’re like me then you’ll feel the same way I do. My dad is a veteran so yes, saying thank you to a veteran means a lot.
Hi everyone and welcome. It’s been a while since I updated you on my progress of my box set I challenged myself to do and I’m happy and excited to say that I just finished Book 3 the other night. So what does that mean? It means I have 3 books of a 4 book box set complete. YAY ME!!
1.) Turkey, Three Sweaters And Multiple Murders At Chris’s House: The Royal Murder Mysteries Series – Book 1
2.) The Royal Verdict And The Royal Sentence: The Royal Murder Mysteries Series – Book 2
3.) Queen Crystal, Chris And Penney’s Mysteries: So Many Babies And The Baby Surprise – The Royal Murder Mysteries Series – Book 3
So what does this mean? My challenge is almost complete. Is my challenge worth it though? I think it is. When I started, I only thought I could write poems off and on then when I attempted this well I found out I could write books. Never in my wildest dreams did I think that was even possible.
So what have I learned through this experience and what can you learn from my experience? I’ve learned and hope you have too that if you really want to succeed at something, you will keep persisting and keep going until reach your goal or goals.
I wish you all success in reaching your goals you want to achieve. I know it’ll take a whole lot of hard work to attain them but trust me in the long run it’ll be worth it. GOOD LUCK!!
Starting when we are young children our parents, our grandparents and even friends start asking us: What do you want to be when you grow up? It’s a typical question and one that is apt to be asked sometime in your childhood. A young boy might say he wants to be a Contractor, a Fireman, a Doctor, a Lawyer then you have the girl who might say she wants to be a Nurse, a Doctor, a Teacher or Professor. However, in the world today, you might here a girl say she wants to be President, an engineer or some other jobs that is mostly dominated with men. So is it wrong for girls to think they can do a man’s job? Absolutely not. In fact, some women might be able to do the man’s job better.
Should Children Dream Big?
So should children dream big knowing they might fail? Yes of course a child should dream big knowing they might fail. Why? Because dreaming big means challenging themselves and if they challenge them self well, who knows what they will achieve. If they fail, yes there will be disappointment but it’s not the end of the world. Also, failure should be considered a stepping stone that’ll get the child to a destination or goal they never thought of.
A Child’s Dreams VS. An Adult’s Dreams
When a child has dreams they are usually small to medium dreams. When that child becomes an adult, their dreams start to change and they even start dreaming bigger dreams. So is it healthy for a child to dream big with possible failure looming? Yes it is not only healthy but it challenges the child to go for what they want. In other words, go for all the gusto you can.
Examples Of A Child’s Dream
The list goes on and on.
Examples Of An Adults Dream
2.) Franchise Manager/CEO
The list goes on and on. See any similarities between a Child’s dreams and an Adult’s dreams? Not to much difference is there?
So What Have We Learned?
That both children and adults should dream and their dreams should be big. Also, if you really want to do something and I mean really do something then I encourage you to go for it. It may not happen right away but it will happen. For example, it took me 51 years before I went for one of my dreams and I’m getting there slowly but in my past, I have been lucky enough to achieve other dreams as well. What are your dreams you want to achieve or have already achieved. I’m interested in hearing them whether big or small. Trust me, I will not judge you. To me any dream achieved is a huge accomplishment.
Hi ya all, Daisy Mae wanted to give you a special Halloween Post so she did her Sunday Selfie with the help of Giphy. You see Daisy Mae doesn’t do dressing up for anything unless it’s me dressing up one of her photos in stickers. So without further adieu here is Daisy Mae’s Halloween Selfie below.
Fall arrived September 23 and the weather we are getting here in my little town in PA has gotten colder too. In fact, we just had our first killing frost which means our Blue and Purple Morning Glories are black. Literally cooked.
Even though Fall isn’t my favorite season, I do love how the leaves on trees and bushes change color, eating Corn On The Cob, Drink Apple Cider and so much more. By the way, what’s your favorite thing or things about Fall? Please let me know either by using the Contact Form or in the comments.

2. I have a hankering for friendship andsleep and lots of it.
3. Getting stuck in a hole/ tunnel in the Basement is a memory I’ll never forget.
4. If I were given the choice to immortal, I would pass on the opportunity. You see, I miss all my sisters and would want to see them and make sure they’re doing their jobs correctly. Also, I’ve liked my life through now and just love my Human family who gave me a furrever home. They’re purry special to me.
Now how many times have you spent your time in your kitchen cooking something you think everyone will eat only to find out their are children or grandchildren who won’t eat it. Well guess what? I thought, wouldn’t it be great to find something everyone will like and to boot it’s quick and easy to make and you won’t spend all your time in the kitchen. Sound Great. The below recipe is from Pillsbury’s site and the original recipe link is: Easy Bacon-Cheddar Sweet Hawaiian Rolls .
I do this blog hop and it’s really fun to do and it helps bring more traffic to your blog too. This blog hop is over at Esme’s Senior Salon. The link to her blog for this week’s Senior Salon is: Senior Salon Blog Hop and Esme’s blog link is: Esme’s Blog
Hi and Welcome Everyone, if you have owned a cat, dog or any type of pet for that matter then you probably know what I’m talking about. So what is a Daisy Mae scare you ask? Glad you asked. A Daisy Mae scare is basically a cat scare where you almost lose you cat or pet. Daisy Mae is my cat’s name and almost lost her twice this past week so this post was almost a different type of post. But the first time you think you are going to lose a pet you get so nervous you think you might pass out. However, you don’t.
You have to understand my family and I have had Daisy Mae from around 4 weeks old. My little Daisy Mae has turned into a 13 year old kitty cat. So that’s a Daisy Mae scare in a nutshell. So all you have to do is if you’ve had one of these scares you can call them (your pet’s name) scare. Most pet owners know what I’m talking about.
If you’re looking at the title Title Tigger and wondering who is that? Tigger was my last cat. None of you got to meet my Grey Striped Tabby cat Tigger because she died on 9-11-2015 and I didn’t start blogging until January 2017.
In a nutshell, my family and I rescued Tigger out of a very bad situation she was in all through her kittyhood. She didn’t like men for whatever reason. I’m happy to say she eventually made friends with Daisy Mae and in the end made friends with my Dad too.
I wanted to do a tribute to my last cat Tigger who was a Grey Striped Tabby Cat. Tigger died on September 11, 2015 and this year marks the fourth year death anniversary.
I miss Tigger daily as well as think of her daily. I look for a whole lot of Butterflies on 9-11 to celebrate her life.
I wanted to do do something special for Tigger so I wrote a poem for her.
QUEEN DAISY MAE SHOWING OFF HER GREY AND WHITE BELLY.
Hi all, September is Daisy Mae’s Birthday Month roughly. I say roughly we had to guess when we she found us. If we are figuring right, Daisy Mae was around 4 weeks when we got her. We do know she’s been alive 13 years with us come September 12th a day after we lost my other cat Tigger. So Daisy Mae spent a few years with us while we still had Tigger.
This is what Daisy Mae has asked and of course, I couldn’t say no. She wants to party all month and would like you to visit us especially on September 12. Consider yourselves invited to her 13th birthday party. Hope to see you there. We’ll be celebrating all month.
I’m going to show you a picture of Daisy Mae all ready for her birthday party.
