Hi everyone Daisy Mae here, I’m just popping in to let you all know today December 19 is Mom Sister Crystal’s Birthday and she is ?? years young. I wanted to give her a special birthday gift so I’m giving her a Birthday tribute of sort. Here it goes:

Mom Sister Crystal you and your family gave me a furrever loving home and I thank you for that but today is your special day when we celebrate you and your life. Thank goodness you were born because you have made the world a little better and brighter in all this chaos and mess it’s in.

Daisy Mae Turns 16 And My Nephew Turns 20

Hello Everyone and thanks for stopping by, Today my Nephew turns 20 no more a teenager but now a college student and in a Fraternity. Also, I want to wish my baby Daisy Mae a very happy 16th birthday. I still remember the night my parents and I found her. They had just brought me home from work and as soon as you opened the car door, all you could hear was this very loud meowing which we of course followed and low and behold we found this beautiful very loud kitten with lungs like you would not believe that we guestimated was about 4 weeks old and fit in the palm of your hand. We fed her, gave her something to drink and a nice warm place to stay and it was funny in a way because her Mama who dropped her off kept coming around until she was sure her baby had found her loving furrever home. Daisy Mae’s Mama was a dark greyish and white Tummy. Daisy Mae’s Mamma had more white on her Belly than Daisy did. The funny thing is, is that my Dad said and I quote “No more pets in the house until Pigs fly”. Well let me tell you people, Pigs flew that night because it was Dad who insisted we bring her in the house despite the rest of us wanting to already bring her in. Living with all of Daisy Mae’s antics as well as through has been a journey of learning, exploration and of course fun. Now that Daisy Mae is a Super Senior Cat, she sleeps quite a bit but still gets her exercise. Below is a gallery of pictures that shows Daisy Mae in her 3 stages of life — Kitten(top 2 pictures), midlife(picture on 2nd row left hand side) and Super Senior(picture on right hand side in second row).

BREAKING NEWS: Daisy Mae Turns 14!!

QUEEN DAISY MAE SHOWING OFF HER GREY AND WHITE BELLY.

Hi everyone, I’ve got some BREAKING NEWS. Daisy Mae just turned 14 on September 12. That was her 14TH Gotcha Day. She was born just a few weeks before that. Daisy Mae asked me if she could share that with you all and how do I say NO to an adorable, cutie pie like her. She’s celebrating all of September and says that the best Birthday gift you could give her is to read, like and comment and of course a lot of tasty treats. Daisy Mae wants something let’s see what it is she wants.

Daisy Mae: Mom Crystal, am I really 14?

Mom Crystal: Yes Daisy Mae you’re 14. Why do you ask my darling sweet Pea? 

Daisy Mae: Well Mom Crystal, I feel more and more each day like “Sister” Tigger did and I seem to be getting slower.

Mom Crystal: Sniffle, Sniffle as Mom Crystal wipes her  eyes. Then says to Daisy Mae—join the club. We all get older and slower including myself.

Daisy Mae: I’m so sorry I mentioned “Sister” Tigger.

Mom Crystal: I’m not Daisy Mae.  You see your “Sister” Tigger was a very special Kitty Cat. Although she passed away 5 years ago on 9-11-2015, I miss Tigger every day. Why do you think I had that portrait done in honor of her.

Daisy Mae: Then I suppose it’s a good thing you had it done. Mom Crystal, when do I get my Birthday gifts?

Mom Crystal: Well Daisy Mae, you already got them. Remember the double dose of treats, the ice cubes, the brushing I gave you and the love you got and still get?

Daisy Mae: Yes, I remember all that. WOW!! what wonderful Birthday gifts.

Mom Crystal: Yes they are and guess what else  Daisy Mae?

Daisy Mae: WHAT? WHAT? WHAT? WHAT, WHAT?

Mom Crystal:  Well Daisy Mae… I think you’re a very special Kitty Cat just like your “Sister” Tigger was. You’re both very special and unique in your own ways.

Daisy Mae: Daisy Mae shakes her head a couple of times then says, AAAAWWWW… Mom Crystal your so sweet, special and unique in your own way too. It’s so hard to believe  after 14 years you steel that way about me. What happens when I become 15 years old?

Mom Crystal: Well of course I still feel that way about you. Let me tell you something Daisy Mae. When your Mama dropped you off at my family and I’s house and she told you to meow at the top of your lungs as loud as you could so we could here you. I remember that night so well. You see Daisy Mae, I was working Evening/Night shift that day. When my Mom and Dad picked me up that night, they told me about this kitten they heard. Finally we got home. They told me, go out of the garage and see if you can hear a kitten meowing and following the meowing. So that’s what I did. What I found at the end of all that meowing was the tiniest Kitten that could fit in the palm of your hand. Of course the first thing we did was fed you. Then we rescued/adopted you into our home and made our home your furever, loving home. The funny part is, your Mama came around our house for a few days until she was sure that her baby was in a loving, furever home.

As for what happens when you become 15 well… we’ll cross that bridge when we come to it. Daisy Mae, just enjoy 14 for now.

My Birthday Month

Hi everyone, It is December 1st and you know what that means? That is right, it’s my birthday month and I celebrate all month long and sometimes longer. I do not reveal my age but my real birthday is on December 19th. If you do the math, that is exactly a week before Christmas. Daisy Mae keeps younger each day and thanks to her throwing this online birthday.

Hi all, September is Daisy Mae’s Birthday Month roughly. I say roughly we had to guess when we she found us. If we are figuring right, Daisy Mae was around 4 weeks when we got her. We do know she’s been alive 13 years with us come September 12th a day after we lost my other cat Tigger. So Daisy Mae spent a few years with us while we still had Tigger.

My Human’s Birthday Week

This is her birthday week and birthday month so we’re relaxing from her birthday party and it’s still not over to Jan. 1, 2019. Since September is Daisy Mae’s Birthday Month(September 12) is the date we chose since she was around 4 weeks old when we took her in. I wanted to do something special for her so I did. Dear Daisy Mae,

I wrote this love letter to tell you how much my family and I love you and how happy and pleased I am that my family and I took you in and gave you a furever home.

Daisy Mae, when your MOM dropped you off and told you to meow as loud as you could so my family and I could find you, take you into our home and love you like there was no tomorrow. We did just that and we couldn’t be happier that we did.

Daisy Mae, I love you so much that words don’t seem enough to tell you how much we love you. You have snuggled into our lives from the time you were a kitten to an adult cat and I love you so much for that.

You are such a sweet, cuddly, lovable cat and I’m so happy my family decided to give you furever home because having you as part of the family is one of the best things we ever did.

3 Month Wrap-Up

No I’m not leaving WordPress. The last 3 months just have been busy and hectic. In May my nephew went to Trump Tower(not allowed inside), My first niece graduated college and entered the Doctorate Program at Slippery Rock University in Pennsylvania and my fourth niece graduated highschool with distinctive honors. This was all over Mother’s Day Weekend. Below is a picture of the outside of Trump Tower.

June is my busiest month. I start with my youngest sister’s wedding anniversary, My niece’s highschool graduation party(which I was unable to go to), My Mother’s birthday and  My parents’ wedding anniversary. Below is a Picture of my Mother’s Birthday cake.

I went to the doctor, Went on vacation with my family and Won a book called SWEET BREATH of MEMORY by ARIELLA COHEN. Fantastic book. I took an unexpected break from WordPress because I was recovering from being sick(almost 100% but not quite). Feeling better so I’m not going back for my follow-up appointment unless I have to.(Please Note follow-up appointment not scheduled yet). My one sister who is a fraternal twin(not to me) just starting to have problems with her toes. I would show you the picture she sent but because of how bad it looks I’m choosing not to show you. I hope you all understand.  When It rains it pours doesn’t it?
