My nephew went on a school field trip to New York where they took a tour. This happened on Mother’s Day Weekend. The school took 6 bus loads of students. My nephew sent this picture to his mother who sent it to me and now I’m sharing it with you.
Hello everyone, Daisy Mae and I wanted to share this Turkey picture with you and wish you a HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!
You see our Game Camera caught a shot of a turkey flapping his feathers. How funny is this? Do you think he possibly could be saying DON’T EAT TURKEY FOR THANKSGIVING EAT HAM?
What’s your caption for this picture?
🍗🍗🍗🍗🍗🍗🍗🍗HAPPY THANKSGIVING EVERYONE!!🍗🍗🍗🍗🍗🍗🍗🍗
Below is a picture of our Turkey with the white feathers.
In the picture above is a Turkey feather with some white on it in the bottom right-hand corner.
An old cat will not learn how to dance.
I named this picture A Pleasant Surprise because my nephew and his family thought the deer ate all his sunflowers. As it turns out, some of those sunflowers still bloomed. He was thrilled because he put a lot of work into planting them.
Below is the result of lots of hard work by this 15-year-old.
When we go to the zoo we go for entertainment not education but think of what we could learn from the animals at the zoo. Animals are great teachers. They can teach us a lot. What can animals teach us you ask? In my opinion, animals can teach us a lot. Animals can teach us how to:
- Take care of our kids.
- How animals and people should be treated.
- Animals gestures teach us not to take things for granted.
- Animals teach us they are not dumb.
These are only a few things animals teach us, so pay attention to the lesson there trying to teach us.
I mentioned animals can teach us a lot and taking care of their babies is one thing they excel at. Very rarely does an animal reject its baby. Animals are usually pretty loving to their babies and takes care of them very well.
Yes, I feel animals can teach us how they should be treated as well as people just by their expressions and gestures.
Animals have different expressions and gestures but be very careful because a caged up animal can turn on you at any second because their not tame. This teaches not to take animals for granted.
Animals aren’t dumb not by a long shot. In my opinion, a lot of animals are smarter than some people. Yes, we’ve all met animals and we’ve all met people. The verdict is usually the same. Animals come out smarter most of the time.
Please Don’t Abuse Or Neglect Animals!
Some animals are to be loving and stress-free pets. Other animals live in the wild. Either way, Don’t abuse or neglect them!
I’m including some links for abused and neglected animals if you want to read further.

The other night we had something exciting happen again. A bear came into our backyard. We think he may have even laid down in our daisies around that are around are back deck. As you see in the picture, he went to our salt lick then walked toward the camera. My neighbor saw his paw prints in the grass and measured them. The paw prints measured 1 inches long and 8 inches wide. I know to some that seeing a bear in your backyard doesn’t seem exciting but it is for us. Then to know he laid down in our daisies by our deck. Wish I would have had a game camera mounted on the deck facing the backyard. Still got pictures of the bear though.
Below are pictures of the bear that visited us. Also, there are pictures where “Big Daddy” Bear laid.

Above is a slide show I’ve put together of the Memorial Day Evening 2017 Rainbow and Before and After Pictures of the trees down to the shed to the trees being cut down because they were in a dangerous position. I hope you enjoy the Slide show.
Hi everyone, sorry I haven’t blogged for a while but my family and I have been dealing with an unexpected emergency. Let me explain. On Memorial Day Afternoon after everyone had gone we sat down to watch the news about 4 PM Eastern Time. Within 5 minutes we heard a crash. Our Wild Cherry tree came down on our shed.
There was a group of 3 trees and the one tree came down on the shed and the other 2 trees got stuck in our 2 pine trees which put the trees in a dangerous position. The fire department put caution tape around the trees and the area where it was dangerous. 🙂🙂 I’m happy to say the 3 Wild Cherry trees are down.🙂
Project number 2 is cleaning out the shed so we can tear it down. 🙂I’m happy to say this is done.🙂
Project number 3 is getting the 2 Pine Trees cut down that the then buy a new shed and it get it built and get everything in it. 🙂I’m happy to say the 2 Pine Trees are finally cut down.🙂
Project number 4 is buying a new shed and getting it built and put in its place.
Then on Father’s Day what happens, a branch brought a power line down behind the neighbor’s garage. The next thing we know there is a big bright orange ball were seeing and that was from the transformer blowing. So no electricity until early afternoon.
When we get a new shed, I will share the pictures with you.
I’m happy to say Dad now has a new shed and I added those pictures to the slide show.
😎😎I’m happy to be back photo-blogging.😎😎

A POEM THROUGH PICTURES BY: Crystal Stewart
There are four seasons that occur during the year. The seasons are: Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter. In some places three or all four seasons can happen in one day but not officially. Each season has an official start date and an official end date.
Spring officially started on March 20, 2017 and will officially end on June 21, 2017. Summer is almost here. I like Spring and Summer so much I wrote a poem about SPRING IS HERE.
SPRING IS HERE
Spring Is Here and the flowers are blooming~Their heads poke up through the ground~ They think will I live to see the day~I’m a blooming flower or will I die from the frost?~A Flower’s life is actually like a human’s life~It is uncertain and always will remain Uncertain.~So when you’re walking through a flower garden remember that it took~A lot Of work and a lot Tender Loving care~For these flowers to get to be as beautiful as they Are,~ So when it rains and the breeze blows across the flowers~Don’t be upset~but be Grateful~ Because the rain and the breeze helps make the flowers~Grow and be Beautiful so we can enjoy them.
