A Tribute To Tigger & Remembering 9-11(Patriot Day)

Today is a bittersweet day for me because today would have been my Grandmother’s Birthday if she were alive that’s the sweet part now the not so sweet part of today, I remember my Tigger Cat who was a true Tabby Cat that died on 9-11 and also the terrible happenings on what we now call Patriot day.

Tigger you may have died on 9-11-2015 which was seven years ago, but I still miss you yet I cherish all the time I was able to have with you . You were a beautiful Tabby Cat but even though you were a Super Senior Cat when you died, I will always love you. The Morning you died is still etched in my mind but although you were gone, you weren’t gone from my heart or mind far from it in fact. The day you earned your wings and flew over the Rainbow Bridge and God called you home to be with him, was a very sad day for me but a happy day for God. I hope you’ve made a lot of friends and I know Ms. Ellen’s Angel kitties you’d get along with. Daisy Mae misses you a lot here. Tigger We Love You Lots.

Patriot Day, a day that was so so terrible and if we were alive we remember where we were and what we were doing. I know I remember where I was, I was on my way to work when when the first plane hit and then I was rounding the corner just getting ready to pull into the parking lot when the second plane hit. When I hit the Breakroom that Morning, I remember everyone being in shock at what had just happened and all eyes were glued to the tv. The store manager even came in and told us there was no Morning meeting and stayed briefly then left the room. May we remember all those who gave their lives, who were injured and especially their families.
