I was on Bakin’ with Bacon in Baconia and I saw this smoothie recipe which looks good. Now you vegans and vegetarians out there, I am sure that you could make this smoothie without adding the bacon. The original recipe can be found at Banana-Peanut Butter-Bacon Smoothie. Below is the recipe.
1 container (6 oz) vanilla yogurt
1 banana, sliced
3 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup milk
3/4 cup ice cubes
2 slices crisp cooked bacon (you can use more)
Place all the ingredients except bacon in blender. Cover; blend on high speed about 30 seconds or until smooth.
Pour into 2 glasses. Serve immediately with bacon slice placed in each glass.
